Yep, the teachers finally reached an agreement, so now I don't have to worry about cramming my school curriculum into an 8-hour self-scheduled study period. Hopefully, I'll be able to crank out more stuff, and actually continue back on Bioshock Drowned Out.
But in relations to school itself, I signed up for my 4th year in Visual Arts.
And I haaaaaaaaaaate it.
I know that improving my skills would be better, but I seriously don't think a lot of the techniques being used to teach me are really improving me in any way. I dunno about you, but when the course outline is supposed to be "helping find, identify and refine our own personal style," I dunno, being flat-out assigned to do specific exercises doesn't seem really appealing to me. I'm sorry, but I'm both awful at doing realistic portraits and also against that in my style.
I don't really know how to pinpoint what exactly it is, but yeah; that shit don't fly with me. D:
Ah well. It's good to be back.
